Terms & conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and conditions of sale”) govern the sale of Uli Rapp jewelry on the website www.ulirapp.com (“Site”) and shall take precedence over any terms of purchase unless otherwise formally and specifically provided in writing by us. These Terms and conditions of sale shall apply to the purchase and delivery of any and all ULI's products and may be amended from time to time. The placing of an order by the buyer implies that the buyer is aware of these conditions and accepts them without reservation.
These Terms and conditions of sale are entered into by two parties: ULI, registered in the Chamber of commands of Netherlands(KVK) under the number 34349223, located on Singel 76 B4, 1015 AC Amsterdam en whose tax(btw) number is 241932671B01; and any natural person or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” ) who wishes to make a purchase on the website www.ulirapp.com.
ULI jewelry on www.ulirapp.com is sold to Customer strictly for retail sale and under no circumstance to be resold to other retailers. The price payable by Customer will be the price ULI sets forth online and confirms in order confirmation.
Customer acknowledges, agrees and warrants: Customer’s purchase of ULI's products is for Customer’s sole benefit and not the benefit or any third party.

AUTHENTIC ULIULI products are handcrafted with love in the atelier in Amsterdam by Uli Rapp and her team. They are made with the highest-quality materials, design and workmanship. All ULI products are individually controlled for quality.
PRODUCT VARIATION FROM IMAGE ON THE SITEPlease note that all ULI jewelry is lovingly hand-made to the highest possible standards. Each piece is unique and, although we take the utmost care, pieces cannot be exactly reproduced identically. The jewelry you order may therefore differ slightly from the model image on the Site. We feel that this is gives our jewelry even more exceptional and we hope you feel the same.
PRODUCT AVAILIBILITYThe products featured on the Site are a selection of the whole ULI collection, not all products are featured on the Site. The selection of models featured on the Site, color combinations and availability may be modified without prior notice.
PRICEThe prices of the jewelry available for sale in the ULI's online store are quoted in euros, taxes included.
Orders placed on the Site and delivered outside of the Netherlands may be subject to taxes and customs when the parcel reaches its destination. Any such taxes and customs duties that may potentially apply upon delivery of goods shall be paid by the Customer and are the responsibility thereof.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
PLACING AN ORDEROnce we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order to the email address provided by you.
May you have any additional request or changes, please contact us within 5 hours after placing the order so we can take them into consideration before the order starts getting processed.
You will be also notified by email when the order has been shipped.
LEAD TIMESEvery ULI piece is handmade and depending on the stock it can take up to 5 business days to have it ready for shipping. In the unusual event of a delay in fulfilling an order, the Customer shall be notified promptly by email.
PAYMENTWe currently accept payments by bank card Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. In filling out the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of the credit/debit card rejects authorization of payment to ULI, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In case Customer doesn’t make payment owed as set forth on the order confirmation then Customer will have defaulted and breached this agreement.
Customer will indemnify ULI against any and all costs, losses and expenses incurred by ULI as a result of payment cancellation/withdrawal.
All goods supplied remain the property of ULI until all the invoices – including those not yet due – have been paid in full.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERYAll items are shipped from our Amsterdam atelier. Delivery will take 1-10 business days depending on your location. In case of urgency please contact us per email to ship via Fedex or other express service.
Orders are shipped via the Netherlands Post Office Post NL and can be tracked by us. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes which are not secured by Post NL.
The costs of shipping are:
- Netherlands 4,-euro
- Central Europian countries 11,-euro
- other Europian countries 13,-euro
- the rest of the world 16,-euro
Additional costs of 1,-euro apply per each other product shipped together.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that estimated delivery dates are indication only and are not guaranteed. ULI cannot be hold responsible for unanticipated delays.
CUSTOMERS FROM PUERTO RICOThe representation of Uli in Puerto Rico is exclusively handeled by Trendz.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICYWe accept returns on your unworn purchases within 14 days of receipted delivery for any reason. Customers who decide to exercise their right to withdraw from a purchase must notify us at info(at)uli.amsterdam with reference of the original order number.
The unused goods must be shipped back at the latest within 14 days of informing ULI of the decision. Please re-supply credit card details at the time of return/exchange. The refund shall be made by within 14 days of the withdrawal notification, subject to receiving of the goods.
Only items sent back in their entirety, in perfect condition, in their complete original packaging will be accepted. Damaged goods or goods whose original packaging has been damaged shall be neither refunded nor exchanged.
Please note that the buyer shall bear the cost of returning goods to ULI. Any loss or damage to returned goods during transit back is the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure that returned items arrive safely, please pack your item in secure packaging and use a registered postal service.

Please note ULI jewelry will only accept returns purchased directly from the www.ulirapp.com online store. Any items purchased from a ULI retailer must be returned to that retailer and are subject to their return policy.
EXCLUSION FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWALUnique products manufactured on the basis of a consumer’s individual specifications cannot be returned nor exchanged.
GUARANTEEULI products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date sent to the Customer, subject to normal use of the product.
In the event of a defect, you contact us by email at info(at)uli.amsterdam explaining your repair request. We will inform you of the best way to proceed, the repair procedure and time it will take.
Beyond the duration of the guarantee, the jewelry can be repaired at the owner's expense plus the shipping charge. In that case repair charge estimate will be sent to you beforehand for approval.
Every piece of jewelry comes with a card that provides care instructions. ULI cannot be held responsible if the products are subjected to conditions that are incompatible with those set forth in the recommendations for use or to any other extreme situation such as variations in temperature, over-exposure to light, exposure to smoke.
Slight variations in size or color, for example, result from being hand crafted and cannot be considered as flaws. Similarly, the normal aging of a product (fading of colors, alteration in the feel of the material to the touch, cuff marks, scratches, dirt) cannot constitute a condition for the exchange or return of the product.
CARE INSTRUCTIONSWe recommend handling this product with great care. Pulling, snagging or excessive surface abrasion should be avoided.
To clean occasionally, wash with warm water&little soap.
When not in use, store flat or hanging in a shape you would like to wear it in. Do not store folded or stretched.
Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and long exposure to sunlight as this may cause tarnishing and discoloration.
Do not iron.
LEGAL NOTICEULI makes no warranties whatsoever. ULI hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, and/or any implied warranties arising from any course of dealing, usage, and/or trade practice.
FORCE MAJEUREULI shall not be held responsible for the complete or partial failure to fulfill its obligations under this contract, if this non-fulfillment is caused by an event that constitutes force majeure, including but not limited to cases of disruptions or strikes, whether total or partial, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communication, floods, fires, and, in general, events beyond its control.
