ULI is committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information in the strictest confidence.
Our Privacy policy is compliant with GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and any amendment or replacement to it).

We may update this Privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. You can see if the Privacy policy has changed by checking the revision date that is stated at the top of the text.

This Privacy policy only covers information collected at www.ulirapp.com, and does not cover any information collected offline by ULI, including information collected on social media sites.

MANUALLY COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION

We ask you for certain kinds of personal information in the context of the needs related to the use of our Site, such as ordering in our online store or contacting us through our contact form.

On our contact form we ask you to fill in your name and email address.
When you make a purchase or an attempt to make a purchase through www.ulirapp.com online store, we collect your name and contact information (email address, billing/shipping address, country), payment information and purchase history.
Transaction information, including your name, credit card number and related information, is collected and processed by us and a third party payment processor. ULI does not store your credit card information.

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to perform our responsibilities under our contract with you and to provide the services you requested:

The personal information we collect is not used for any other purpose. We do not disclose (sell, exchange, loan, rent, donate) your name and details to any non-affiliated third parties. As described in greater detail below, we may share your information under certain circumstances with service providers and others who help with our business operations, assist in the delivery of our products/services, make and improve this Site’s function.

MAILING LIST

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we may occasionally contact you via email with our newsletter to inform you about new products and collections, events, news and sales. Squarespace is a company based in USA, so please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, the United States.
